Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions constitute the current applicable terms for entering into agreements with Casino Copenhagen K/S.
Security
Once you have entered your personal information, you will automatically be redirected to a “Secure Server.” Here, you enter your card number, expiry date, and security code. All communication between you and the server is encrypted using SSL encryption. This ensures that confidential information is not accessible to Casino Copenhagen K/S or any third party.
The transmission between our server and PBS (payment provider) takes place via an SSL solution approved by PBS, ensuring the highest level of security for your transaction. When you are in a secure zone, this is indicated in your browser by a “Secure Server” icon, typically shown as a closed padlock.
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security protocol that encrypts data during online transactions, preventing unauthorized access to your card information.
The SSL function is built into your browser and activates automatically when you use your card – no additional software is required.
Only the last three digits on the back of your payment card are used as the security code. PBS verifies that the card number, expiry date, and security code match. If they do not, the card will be rejected. This reduces the risk of fraud in online transactions.
Foreign cards are verified to the extent supported by the card issuer.
It is prohibited to store your security code, and Casino Copenhagen K/S does not store any of your card information. Only PBS has access to your payment details.
Payment (Debit/Credit Cards)
At Casino Copenhagen K/S, you can pay online using Dankort and common credit cards. On the payment page, you will see the service ordered and the total price. You must enter your card number, expiry date, and security code.
If the information is incorrect, PBS cannot verify the card, and payment cannot be completed. The amount is charged at the time of booking, and never more than what you have approved.
After payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
When paying by card, you are protected against misuse. You can dispute unauthorized transactions upon receiving your statement. There is no personal liability if your card is misused in an SSL-secured online shop, making it safer than physical transactions where a deductible may apply.
All payment data is encrypted (SSL), and only PBS can read it.
